Voodoo bands.
I’ve been considering a GeekDesk. It’s motorized so you can move it up and down with the touch of a button and the price is pretty reasonable as far as quality desks go.
It seems like Kelly reads tweets addressed to him but not a lot of the forum posts. Maybe if we ping him on twitter he’ll see the interest or let us know what’s up with the lack of webinars?
I’m bummed about the lack of webinars, too. I wonder if they weren’t getting enough viewers or something?
Zemgear is the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever worn for walking or working out. I’d get the 2Cinch for all purpose walking to crossfit. For just casual walking/running use the 365’s are great.
I’m actually finding I’m using my Gemini a whole lot more than my Supernova even though I was more excited about the supernova at first. I find I can shear a whole lot better with the gemini because it stays in position when you move across it in the direction it can’t roll creating some absolutely massive shear.
Just backless.
Either post it out for balance or cross it on top of your other leg if you can handle that much pressure.
I like the Gemini and I shear side to side across the muscle.
I’m considering PT school. I’m curious about this as well as picking the right PT school. Kelly’s been a big part of that inspiration. Maybe Kelly could do a video or webinar on this topic at some point?
I think painful twisting indicates something’s tight in the leg, either hip, adductor, fascia around the knee, or ankle rotation. Everything should rotate out together.

I’d like to know, too. Kelly and Carl mention in their CreativeLive seminar they were wearing stretchy jeans that allowed them to get into a full squat. I couldn’t see the brand name. Any info on what brand/model they are wearing, or alternate brands?
It looks like the new X is more intense, either for big people, a few parts of the upper thight, people using it more for joint compression for an injury, etc. The regular will probably be your bread and butter band, though. Jumping straight to the X would be tough imo, the regular is already torturous.
