      Alright, I’m looking to expand my collection of mobility tools. I’ve currently been making do with a lacrosse ball, two balls terribly taped together, and a green Rogue band—that’s it. If I had to buy just one thing to add to my collection, what would be the best next step?

      Voodoo bands.

      I agree, go with the the voodoo bands. I bought mine a while back, but didn’t really start using them regularly until a few months later. They are a godsend, especially when you combine them with some banded mobilizations. (I’m a big fan of a voodoo’ed standing deadlift band mob!)

      They’re also great if you want to strap a lacrosse ball to a barbell for a temporary bubo-bar!
