I only butt wink at challenging weights. So I think its a weakness/strength issue

I feel like I am activating the parasympathic nervous system when I am doing banded distractions as well. I definitely feel that way when smashing as well. I also see that when doing banded distractions it helps to smash as well. Like when I am doing a banded pre squat hip opener I can feel tightness right next to my knee/quad/adductor Smash that out and then go back to the hip opener and I am able to start focusing more on my capsule at that point.

I can create it. I am thinking jumping rope might help as well as using a band to get into the position? I am wondering though, if I have full ankle ROM will I be able to get into the position or will my strength limit me as well.
What about middle splits? Hamstring stiffness banded distractions?
well said Christian. And from the sounds of it stability deficits occur in other places other then the ankle that would cause the tight heel chord. How do you address that? Video taping yourself move? I am wondering if jump rope helps in situations like this.

Right, it would cool if they could play continuously one after another. Because many times I am contracting and relaxing far away and 5 mins in and the daily RX is over. I’d like to have something else on while I am in the movement.

I take it as your entire body is completely braced like you are about to do a deadlift. And then you release that braced position.
