I have had 24 hours to enjoy it thus far and to David’s point I will highlight a few things.

    1. I have been doing mobilization techniques for almost three years since I read “Stretch to Win” & “Anatomy Trains”
    2. I have competed athletically at high level for quite some years and have had the chance to try a lot of different tools. (Although not as many as KStar)
    3. I have tight quads, calves, and lats (among other things). The Battlestar helps me with these areas more than the rumble roller or lacrosse ball.
    4. To David’s point you need multiple tools for multiple things! This is not a one tool fits all. I have this as well as the gemini, supernova, multiple types of YTU balls, and many other tools. I believe that this will enhance the experience of the areas that a rumble roller or grid are meant for.
I will update after a more thorough use but I one quick thing that I like is that it has the rolling effect while staying in place. The other rollers start to move sometimes as you smash so there is a need to adjust at times.

I would really enjoy that and would think it would be a great addition since just about everyone has a cell phone. Also it is a lot more convienient to use a cell phone in the gym if you’re wondering about the details of the mobilization techniques.

My guess is that they don’t know for sure and don’t want to say a set date. I know the Supernova had some problems initially that they addressed and they are taking parameters to make sure those things don’t happen again with more stringent testing. With all that said I’m sure it will be out in the next couple of months though. Just my guess.

Yes the content was under the paid subscription, but I have since learned that the lack of videos were due to weather and travel conditions. No worries I understand things come up. I don’t feel that I am not getting my “money’s worth” at all! I love the content it is great stuff at a great price!

Friday is the last one I see as well. I was just curious as I love getting the update. I agree with you David as I am a wrestler who is still competing and your body gets twisted and contorted in so many ways. I have learned so much from the mwod about anatomy and movement that I have seen a tremendous improvement in my performance with out the downside of pain and restrictions. I feel that my body is able to operate more efficiently. The supernova and gemini are getting rid of all my limitations! I hope everything gets up and running soon so I can continue to stay as supple as ever!

Can a FAI be remedied without surgery? Just curious due to the fact I have one and haven’t heard of ways to fix it. I figured after reading the BASL and looking hear that I can fix it myself if I continue to do work on it daily. Is this possible?
