I know but I think the custom (boarder) costs will be verry high from US to, in my case, Belgium.
When available in Europe?
Hi Blake,
Hey Kailtlin, trying to mobelize in the back of the socket. But when I lay on my back lateral distract the shoulder and put the weight in front of me i can’t let the shoulder sink in to the back of the socket, instead i feel the bone of my scapular push into the ground hard and painfull
Can’t distract more without slipping aside…
Any thoughts?
Hi Jesse,
Running don’t make it worser in my case but imagine doing hipopeners, I can’t feed enough slack to the tissue so i don’t tear it in the couch stretch for example. I have to improve hip extension and midline stabelisation but can’t do crunches plank or hipopeners, dilemma 🙂
Thanks for the advice Kaitlin and Kstar! Keep up the good work!
Didn’t try the global gut smashing yet.
Thomas
Allright thanks a lot Drew!
Hi Drew, thanks for the big response! Made me look in other directions, I’m already missing a big piece of hip extension, no wonder why my knees need to work that hard! As you said my mechanics suck, years and years of basketbal mold me into an old man, still 23 do 🙂 Its hard to program my mobility because I’m missing pieces about everywhere, definitly ‘afraid’ of my hip mobs because I don’t know the atanomy of it and scared to overdo or wind up in a bad mob position.
Greetings Thomas
Is it possible if you’re quaddominant that you only put you’re femor more in the front of the socket performing anterior hip capsul stretches? I feel more impinged but have to work on extension. It feels like I have to work on extension but also put the femor more back in the socket.
Any thoughts?
Is there a way to build shoulder strenght if you are lacking in internal rotation to complete a normal pushup?
Hi guys, I also have a serious knee problem, my knee caps are pulled to the outside of the knee with pattelar pain as a result. Is strenghtening the VMO( wall sits) and loosin up the patellar pouch and IT band (foam roll) the best way to go? Or is there a better way to solve this problem?
Thanks for the response Kaitlin
