Have you focused on posterior capsule mobs specifically? Also try scrubbing the pec out especially get in deep into the pec minor. Short pec minor will hold the shoulder forward and limit internal and external rotation. You may also try getting some kind of ball back on the external rotators to free them up.
You may take a look a your jumping mechanics in slow motion. That can reveal any poor hip movements especially upon landing. The knee may feel fine now even though the hip is crashing in and the hip pain is the first manifestation of poor jumping mechanics and motor control. If mobilizations and soft tissue work don’t help, motor control and mechanics are often the culprit.
Work on anterior and posterior hip capsule. And do some lateral hip distractions as well. Plus the position you describes is not a functional position so you should be spending a lot of time in the position. Mobilize the capsule and clear full range of motion and that should decrease that.
Make sure you are running and cutting with your feet forwards and not turned out like a duck. That produces a bad force through the big toe and through the knee as well.

Where you circles is actually your lateral forearm and sounds like lateral epicondylitis. Try using some voodoo floss band on it two or three time per day and see if it helps out! Good luck.

If they are stiff you may check out some of the psoas smashing videos. But if you cheat is coming forward when you air squat you may also take a look at how much ankle range of motion you have. If the ankles are short you gotta get your torso more forward so you don’t fall over.
