    I’m really confused… If mwod is body part specific and we’re really only supposed to hit one or two parts a day, what is the postworkout recovery concept we should use?

    The never ending injuries title caught my attention….if it helps…I seem to have something me everyday.

    If my opinion matters, everyone seems to lose cervical curvature. I think that diagnosis causes more alarm than necessary.
