+ 1 on Daniel’s comment, I have always felt when my body is the tightest similar to how you describe it always stems from something in my tendency to have asymmetry issues. If you are like me and have played sports your whole life that repetitive favoring of one side can cause asymmetry issues as well
I do find that my T-Spine affects my overall shoulder range of motion greatly. I tend to find as my lat’s become tight without address I will loose significant ROM in my shoulders and they feel extremely tight and pop and crack actually. I find the most relief in Thoracic mobility exercises. I will post my fav below
Yes I agree with Bradly upper cross syndrome is a hell of a thing I have it as well and am dealing with it because of repetitive sports and reconditioning of some muscles in my back… Try that
Yea i am struggling with the same thing and since I don’t have blocks I rack pull but same thing, I think it has helped me !

I workout via circuit training, I am a personal trainer with a lot of background in athletics and I tend to superset and circuit everything.
