The Ready State Virtual Mobility Coach is like having a virtual Kelly Starrett in your pocket.
I was just curious about what other in the community had developed as far as strength and training workouts go. I know a large proportion of this community belong to a box, but for those of us that belong to gyms/health clubs, or work out at home, I wanted to get some example to pattern a workout based on total body fitness and mobility.
I workout via circuit training, I am a personal trainer with a lot of background in athletics and I tend to superset and circuit everything.
