    The race went great. I had fun, I felt good after I got warmed up. It was cool weather that morning. I ran it in just over 38 minutes. I was very happy with that. It took me until today (Friday) to actually run. I got out and walked during the week.

    I’m on the right track. Those suggestions were what I was thinking and planning on doing. Good to know I’m thinking right..

    Thanks guys, I ended up getting Merrill’s barefoot and really like them. I also have the new balance prevail for walking.

    I have been doing most of that. I go to a gym lift, treadmill, mobility. Plus I do yoga at home and joined a boxing gym. I also have started running. But was wondering about that next level and when/if I should invest in a trainer.
