    Seeing an osteo/ROLFER this week, it does seem to be more right sided in nature..I was watching some stand up over Xmas and when I laugh..my right psoas clunks!!

    Would you approach in any particular order? I’m thinking free psoas for pain purposes then work on breathing…?

    I did some t spine work on foam roller and when I got a adjustment on right side it felt a bit electrical in psoas for few secs…what’s happening there?
