    Hi! I have people that can help me, and I like to watch me on the mirror, so I can see if I am doing correctly. My doctor said to squat half way, but I read that this causes more tension on the knee; I don’t feel any pain when squatting, but just hard to come up, as I am still weak. I will keep trying, tks.
