Dr. Kelly Starrett designed the TRS Wide Voodoo Floss Band™ as an alternative to using two or more standard Voodoo Floss Bands™ for a larger treatment zone, the new 4” Wide Voodoo Floss™ offers twice the coverage with the same consistent, targeted compression. The blue floss is 0.06″ thick and 8′ in length (12″ longer than our MobilityWOD band) and sold as a single.
The TRS Wide Voodoo Band™ is a natural latex rubber mobility tool that can be worn as you move through the full range of your typical training movements. In the span of just a few minutes, the resulting compression and “flossing” of activated muscles can help reduce swelling, re-perfuse stiff connective tissues, restore joint mechanics, and encourage swifter recovery and overall flexibility.
