    I have tibial varum and flat feet. I run a lot, prefer Xero shoes, can’t run in anything narrow and cushioned. I begged the doctors for an osteotomy but they said no. Is there anything I can do to help lessen my calf, hip & peroneal pain please? I always feel like I’m running on a camber but I don’t have a leg length discrepancy as I have been thoroughly assessed for this. Hope you can help or point me in the right direction please. Thanks.
