      Hi all hope you can help

      I am relatively new to Voodoo flossing and have been trying it out for a few weeks now. When i wrap the tape round my calf and straighten my leg i get a pain in the outside of my knee cap. Is this something that is tight or am i doing something wrong?
      If i bend my knee i can move my foot and ankle with no problems. Also if i put the band either low to my ankle or high starting just below my knee cap i also don’t feel the pain.

      Did you re wrap it?
      Maybe there a fold in the band when you straightened your leg?
      Roll out the area and see if there is a difference.

      Tighten it, loosen it, roll your quads, experiment and find what feels good.
