I have lots of trouble overhead and have unbelievably tight upper traps with big meaty knots in them, and no matter how much lax ball smashing I do, how much t-spine mob I do, or how much contract and relax I do they can’t be solaced and my overhead stays crappy. They are angry and vengeful and are wreaking havoc on my mobility. Any suggestions?
note that tight traps are pretty common in today’s society. the causes are poor breathing (ie. non-diaphragmatic), poor posture, and poor movement patterns.
