When i go down to squat right before i hit parralel i get this feeling that my shins are tightning up which lead my knees to cave in, and my ass to drop, this can be helped with oly shoes, but i feel the need to be able to do this without them, anyone know some good exercices for this.
first, make sure its your ankles and not your hips…

tonight i tried out the one travis pointed out, and i can tell i can get a lower and get less distance between feet when squatting, i can tell this is gonna take a month or two to get in order
