Adriana Culmone.Adriana CulmoneA week back after waking up as usual, I begin experiencing aches around my left shoulder blade. My left side of the trapezius also is stiff and knotty. Slowly it developed to some numbness on my left forefinger. Now, occasionally, my left hand experience some pins and needles which I have to stretch my neck to release it.
Anyone with similar experience?
