Hey everybody – I am SUPER tight in my ankles, and especially on the top of the foot into the ankle prob from squatting, running, etc – like reclining hero pose in yoga? Wooof what a stretch. I need more – any recommendations?
I’m pretty sure I saw something once that involved an abmat while sitting in position similar to hero pose and maybe raising the knee but I can’t find it anywhere.
