Hi guys I have had shoulder tendinitis and instability for some time now. It started as bicipital tendinitis and then progressed to the tendon sheath causing it to become adhesive. Now I am dealing with some popping and looseness. Does anybody have any advise on what I can do? Should I strengthen the shoulder? Mobilize more? Thanks a lot

Is the cause of everything happening been addressed/healed?
This is where to start. The cause needs to be addressed so the symptoms do not continue.
The situation is changing because the body is finding different ways to create slack within the system. When this happens you see a new symptom.
