I recently got and using regularly the Gemini, both supernova’s, and both voodo bands. I have cleaned up most of my pain with the help of Kelly’s daily homework.
I love the way I feel right after opening up my joints.
Question is can/should I lift after doing these movements?
Or am I to loose that I should wait for my muscles/joints to tighten up a bit before I put them under load?
