      Hi, 

      Went swimming yesterday and notice a sharpish pain in my left hip while executing whip kick. 
      Anyone could explain what could be potential root cause and how to deal with it? 
      I don’t feel any pain while squatting or lifting, running or in any other movement I do in general.
