Hey guys. For the past couple months I’ve been struggling with tension headaches, blurred vision, vertigo, etc. from tightness in the neck. I’ve been crushing my thoracic spine and pecs with the supernovas to little avail. Today my massage therapist found something in my neck that he thinks is part of my scalenes or SCM. It sits just above my collarbone on both sides and is hard as a rock. When I press into it I feel a pull all the way down my anterior shoulder and then into my tricep. He thinks it’s what’s causing most of my issues but he couldn’t tell me any way to get to it myself. Anyone have some advice on how I can treat this on my own? I tried the first rib release with the dowel from Supple Leopard and that didn’t quite get it. I’m pretty frustrated- ready to feel like a normal human again.

A tough one to get at on your own.
      Recommend having IASTM work done.
I’ve seen awesome results using HawkGrips above and below the collarbone, neck, trap areas, top of the pec.
Where do you live may be able to put you in contact with someone in your area.
