I’m about 4 months removed from surgery to repair bilateral patellar tendon rupture. I’m stretching to regain range of motion (just got past 90 degrees a couple weeks ago) and working on strengthening with deadlifts, squats as deep as possible, and step ups. Any ideas on how to progress faster?
Nathanael,

I had the same surgery about 18 months ago. I am experiencing lots of stiffness and swelling still. Any suggestions?
Chris,
We’ve got to get you ahead of the swelling. I’d highly suggest a device like a marc pro plus compression, maybe some diet tweaks to get the flames out. You shouldn’t be congested. Also we love easy bike spinning. It’s easy on the knee and you can watch TV…
