      HI. I am a coach of a local AFL Football Team (aerial ping png) to some of you. 

      My question is this. 
      What Mobility Movements would you recommend to the players to do prior to the Game and would you do the same mobility exercises post game?
      Lower Body?
      Hip Capsule?
      Lower Back?
      Upper Back?
      Shoulders?
      Little confused with some of Kelly’s comments on what to do prior to exercise and post. 
      If an more experienced person could help it would be greatly appreciated.

      in their movement patterns where do you see restrictions/ where are players experiencing issues?
