      Hi there, 

      Apart from doing the daily MWODS, I have been trying to incorporate two longer mobility sessions in to my weekly training schedule. 
      Would you have any recommendations about how to structure this, or should I just put a couple of different videos on in a row?

      What is the end goal of incorporating two longer mobility session per week?

      Why do you need two even longer sessions on top of just doing what is in the daily? More isn’t always better. More is typically just more.
