I’ve watched some of the free videos here, and I have read elsewhere about the new thinking of compression vs. ice. Last night, pulled a muscle in my upper left leg very badly. They did give me ice, but I only briefly put it on. Instead I pulled off my hockey pants and tried to wrap the leg for a bit. Then I went home, wrapped it with an ace bandage, elevated it and slept.
