      I noticed when I try to sit down my heels dont stay on the ground as I bend. I end up sitting down while on my toes. I this a tight calf issue? Any advice as to what I can do? Thank you.

      Hi, 

      This video should help. There is no single best tissue to work. You have to consider all tissues that are limiting the movement of dorsiflexion.
