      Hi,

I don’t think I have heard Kelly or Brian touch on this. But while someone is working on ‘rebuilding their feet’ and improving their mechanics (ie stopping from over pronating) our orthotics in shoes a good idea in the mean time?
      Thanks.

Orthotics are something that may be temporarily used as things are down graded.
Orthotics make the correction for your foot vs your foot making the correction.
Increasing foot strength is important so your foot learns the position and is able to self correct.
Your feet will not get stronger if you are always wearing orthotics.
