My mother was newly diagnoes with polyarthrosis, in short all joints in her body hurts. I tried showing her the routine limber 11, but foam rolling and lacross ball rolling hurt too much for her, she can’t get comfortable in a squat either. So what routines can i recommend her, or anything at all so her joints feel better? Sorry if my english is a bit bad its my 3rd language
