I recently found out that my talus injury turns out to be a talus contusion and was wondering on how I can use the next 4 weeks to really commit to working on mobility. What am I able to do in terms of ankle mobs and also addressing a calf/hamstring cramping issue following a hamstring injury last year where there has been nerve damage done and is affecting the nerve damage in my ankle as well from what the doctor is saying?
