Forums General Lower Back strain from Deads

        Any thoughts on the process for rehab after tuesday evening slightly straining/pulling lower back on heavy deadlifts?

        Little bit stiff in the mornings and throughout the day loosens up a little. There are twingy feeling when I get to the bottom of a squat and when flexing and contracting abs?
        Im rolling and using double lacrosse to stimulate blood flow?
        Any thoughts would be helpful.
