The Ready State helps everyday athletes enjoy better movement, agility, and strength — with less pain and more protection against injury, especially as they get older.
Our work with elite athletes serves as the proving grounds for our methods. Most people don’t play professional sports. But if our methods help athletes at the highest levels, they can work for anyone.
Hi folks- about 12 years ago I had surgery on my lateral meniscus and rushed back to the court 4 weeks post surgery. As I’ve gotten older, the knee flares us from time to time and this is one of those moments :-/
I’ve gone through the knee videos and haven’t been able to find anything that addresses this specifically. I’m hoping that I don’t have another lateral tear, but I have the same achy, dull pain that I remember from that time then.
Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions on how to address? I’m nearly to the point of just getting in to see the ortho, but would like like avoid any surgery unless absolutely needed. I have 4 young kids, and a 6-8 week recovery time just doesn’t fit into life right now 🙂
Thanks all
