im relativity new to mobility WOD and mobility stuff in general, however im trying sort out my knee. Everytime i squat, they click, this gets very disconcerting and distracting and must be a bad thing. What can i do or what is causing this?
Have a coach look at your squat technique.
Have some one video tape you when squatting.
This will allow you to see exactly what you are doing vs what you think you are doing.
