Luther Poier.Luther PoierI was doing a one-leg hop for distance today in some testing, and when I landed, I heard a loud pop in my left calf and then went down like a house of cards in pain. I can’t get into a physio until tomorrow but am icing, elevating and using my rubber floss band to compress. Hurts like a bitch, and walking is pretty painful.
I know this is not the forum for it, but has anyone had a similar injury (sounds like anyway) and what is the prognosis? Bugger this just happened two days before a 5 day hiking holiday. May have to cancel. Thoughts from any of you good people?
