Hi, I’ve noticed that ever since my ACL reconstruction 7 months ago I am unable to keep my foot straight on walking lunges. The foot that is stepping forward always internally rotates. Could this stem from weak hips and glutes or tight ankles or both? What can I do to fix this issue? Thank you.
Start with paying attention to it and making sure your foot is straight.
What is your external rotation at the ankle and hip like?
Ankle ER on the injured leg isn’t as good as on the good leg. Hip ER is really good.
