What options are there for back soreness? I love how voodoo banding can rapidly clear out swelling and inflammation and bring in fresh blood to a limb injury, is there any way to accomplish something similar with your low back? Do things like inversion tables or arching yourself over a ball/back stretcher work?
Have you tried heat?
I have a friend who sees improvement with back issues after being in their hot tub.
