How do you split up your maintenance? when I did the assessments I pretty much need to work on everything. I have all the gear but dont know how to split it up. Should I try and do full body or upper body one day than lower body the next?
Is it ok to work on multiple things at the same time?

Identify where you will see the biggest differences first.
Working core to sleeve start with:
Spine, hips& shoulder, etc.
Yes, you can work on more than one thing during a session.
Shoot for 10:00-15:00 sessions
