In some of the mobility workouts, it indicates they aren’t drills that should be done before a workout. How long of a gap are we talking – a couple of hours, or save it for the next day? I tweaked my back yesterday squatting and have been trying to figure out where I was off – wondering if I tried to squat too soon after the gut smashing mwod (it was probably an hour or two).
