any videos covering this? at times after certain training and especially long rucks, i get a “right hip upslip” where i have one leg become shorter then the other and it is associated with tremendous lower back pain. I then have to find a buddy to literally pull on my leg to get it back. i was just wondering if there was any other info out there on an injury/condition like this.
