Nathan Richer.Nathan Richerhey all, has anyone seen a glute ham rig that attaches to the bottom of a door? it would be something like a sit up rig that hooks under a door, but the bars need to be high enough to get your feet wedged underneath the bars. I’m looking for something that is much smaller than the traditional glute ham rigs, even smaller than the cool new Rogue Floor Glute. thanks!
