Hello, I am am very fond of weight lifting and I have been lifting for 5 years now. It seems like recently I have been having problems with my left shoulder. I get a really tight popping ever time i raise my arm above my head. I also get this strange feeling on my clavicle like it’s making it raise or something, its a very strange feeling. Like the bone is grinding against something. Its not an excruciating pain but it’s very annoying and its hard to sleep on. I OHP and bench pressing don’t feel comfortable. Please help!
