The Ready State Virtual Mobility Coach is like having a virtual Kelly Starrett in your pocket.
When lying on the floor, and pulling me knee up to my chest (with brand distraction), I get kinda a pinching/impingement feeling in my left hip. It is completely different that my right.
I notice that my left hamstring is overactive, as well as a tight posterior tibialis and calf.
I have done the mobilizing and still seeing problems. I also notice that when walking/running my hip seems to external rotate and kind of fly open. I am assuming this is do to a lack of IR. Any suggestions would be welcome.
