Hi, I’m new here. I need some advise.
I have extremely flat feet. I am doing the exercises in Pro Episode 3 The Flat Feet Solution, as well as the rebuilding your feet episodes.
My feet flair out like a duck’s when I walk or squat, so I have a hard time learning to walk with my feet straight because my hips are so externally rotated.
Any advise on the Hip WODs I should be working on?

Yes, I am missing some ankle ROM in both ankles, my right ankle is tighter than my left. My right foot also turns out more.
Missing rom in your ankle is a contributing factor in your foot turning out.
