I have been feeling sharp pain in my patella after I do
couch stretches. Upon doing research throughout the forums here, it seems that
hip, ankle, or quad mobility might be the issue here. I do the couch stretch for about four minutes: 2 minutes in the bent over position and 2 minutes in the upright position. So I have smashed my
quads with a foam roller and lacrosse ball and the pain doesn’t seem to go
away. It’s not major nut it’s still there.  I am able to stay in the heightened position
when my back is upright. But afterwards, my knee starts to hurt. Should I post
a picture with my doing the stretch itself?

Sounds like it is time to have your knee checked out.
Do you still have pain when squatting?

Depends. I don’t really feel pain at all when I am squat with orthotics. What could this be exactly? My knees do not hurt normally at all. I am standing right now  with an arch in my foot with no pain.

Are you only able to maintain an arch when you are wearing orthotics?
When your foot is collapsed there are upstream compensations. Sounds like there is some pain when squatting.
Are you able to pass the kneeling heel to butt test and/or prone heel to butt test?
      Are your quads tight?
Have you used a supernova to smash your quads?
Have you addressed the supra patella pouch?

Have you done the patellar pouch and distal quad smash and floss?
