Hello all, we do a lot of banded distraction stuff prior to our lifting and focus more on soft tissue work post workout. Is there any issue with doing the couch stretch prior to a workout? We also do an internal rotation piece where someone puts their hand behind their back and set a plate on their shoulder and try to relax… I saw it on MWOD one day and it was a great before/after piece for me…. any concerns with doing this pre-workout???
