I was wondering what is the correct position for sleeping? I try to lay on my side but then my shoulders hurt. Laying on my back feels good for only a short amount of time and then I get achy. Laying on my stomach is one of the best positions but then my neck is over extended and starts to get achy.
Yeah, but could we please address how to spoon optimally with a significant other? 😛

Thanks for sharing the vids David!!! Great advice and I will try out the pillow positioning. I get lower back pain, and sometimes neck is stiff. I am sure I need a new mattress and better pillows. I am sure glad to know better to NOT sleep on my stomach.

If its between not getting sleep on your back and getting sleep on your stomach im going to sleep on my stomach.
