I broke my femur a month ago in a head on collision. They put a rod in it to fix it and it was immediately full weight bearing. Due to the muscles around the break and fragments of bone, range of motion is minimal and it is a constant cycle of increasing excercises for range of motion leading to an increase in muscle swelling and loss or range of motion.
I am a believer in voodoo bands but I am not sure if it is ok to use them for this. Any suggestions.
