Has anyone gotten a barbell at home specifically for mobility? Been seeing Kelly use it a lot in his DailyRX, particularly for the anterior shoulder, adductor, and calf smashes. Considering getting a cheap used one for home.
A barbel is a great addition.
The ones used are 43 or 33lb bars.
Good idea! I suspect these are probably best done at home rather than at the gym before working out anyway, though I could be mistaken.
Some you can do before in addition to warm up, but anything that hits deep and certain areas should be done after.
