The Ready State Virtual Mobility Coach is like having a virtual Kelly Starrett in your pocket.
While doing low bar squats yesterday, it was pointed out to me that the barbell was angled significantly to the right. I tried to pinpoint what was causing this but I’m not sure. My hips appear to be even at the bottom of the squat so I’m thinking somewhere in my upper body? Anyone have any ideas?
Did anyone look at your shoulders/upper body?
I’d hit your t spine. I know a few people who have has this addressed with a chiropractor adjust between their shoulders.
